This is the first step when State of Stick may need to use a business name, logo, artwork, or brand references to explore a project. It permits private review work only—not public advertising, resale, endorsement, or full production.

3. Approve later

Pricing, production, and public use get separate approval.

WHAT THIS DOES

✓ Records who has authority to share the brand assets.
✓ Preserves the exact permission text and project details.
✓ Captures acknowledgements, typed signature, timestamp, IP, and browser evidence.
✓ Provides a signed PDF receipt.
✓ Requires no package choice or payment.

This is stage one. Public display, photography, portfolio or social use, ArtPrize placement, manufacturing, sales, connected experiences, analytics sharing, ownership, exclusivity, confidentiality, and termination are documented in a separate project-specific Brand Collaboration & Public-Use Release before those activities begin. Final production receives one more design and quantity approval.
